About Amelishan Bridal

As a family owned business, Amelishan Bridal believes that once their customers walk through their

door, they are treated as part of their family. One of the most important philosophies to the store is

having amazing customer service by forming relationships between their employees and their Brides.

Amelishan Bridal saw a need for Brides to have an option other than big box bridal, where they could go

and have a huge selection of gowns, but in a comfortable, beautiful, and customer oriented boutique

environment.

Amelishan Bridal was founded in 1995 by Roxanne Schatz after deciding that after 18 years of teaching,

she was ready to follow one of her life long dreams of owning a bridal salon. Her philosophy was to have

an all-inclusive shopping experience for Brides in a boutique environment where they felt taken care of

and pampered by their Bridal Stylists. The original store started out at 2,000 square feet and after their

most recent expansion and renovation is 13,500, making them the largest privately owned bridal salon

in the Milwaukee area.

After 10 years with the business, Daughter’s Shannon and Elizabeth joined the family business ready to

bring a new look and image for their 10 year Anniversary. Shannon joined with a degree in Business and

Elizabeth with a degree in the Arts. Being involved with the business since 2003, Shannon’s Husband,

David decided to join the team full time in 2013 and brought his expertise in business and sales.

They all have a passion to grow the business, create an amazing environment to work in, and bring the

latest styles to Brides, Bridesmaids, Mother’s, Grooms, and Prom girls.
