The Role: Bridal Stylist
As a Bridal Stylist, you’ll become a trusted guide and resource for brides searching for their dream dress at our boutique. From the moment they walk through our doors, you’ll be there to assist, inspire, and support them in finding the gown that makes them feel absolutely stunning. Bridal Stylists thrive in this position when they are passionate about helping brides feel beautiful and confident on their big day, when they guide them through the process of finding the perfect dress, and when they create an absolutely unforgettable experience. You’ll also contribute to running the boutique, preparing bridal orders, and ensuring everything is beautifully organized.

Key Responsibilities
- Help brides find their perfect wedding dress, creating a personalized, memorable shopping experience.
- Provide high-level customer service and fashion advice in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.
- Collaborate with your team to meet sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
- Stay current on the latest bridal fashion trends and product offerings to deliver expert advice.
- Assist with maintaining the boutique, including restocking gowns and preparing bridal orders.
- Work with the team to keep the charm of our boutique crisp with store upkeep, steaming, and other general duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: An Associate’s Degree is required, and a Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred. We also welcome applicants who are currently pursuing their degree.
- Experience: Experience working directly with people in a consultative sales role is required. While retail experience is preferred, we are more than willing to train candidates who have a natural ability to connect with others and the right enthusiasm and passion.
- Skills: Strong communication, a positive and driven mindset, willingness to work, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment are key.

We are looking for both Full Time and Part Time Roles
We are looking for both full and part time positions! Full time hours would consist of 32-40 hours per week depending on availability, working on a weekend day rotation. Part time hours usually consist of evenings and 1-2 weekend days depending on availability. We are also open to temporary positions as well, just indicate in your application below!
