What You’ll Do

• Lead Our Sales Efforts: Provide insights, set goals, and inspire stylists on the floor to deliver top-tier service.
• Mentor Our Stylists: Offer guidance, share expertise, and help new stylists grow into their roles.
• Assist Brides Post-Purchase: Keep brides informed about alterations, timelines, and next steps after they’ve found their dress.
• Coordinate Wedding Looks: Collaborate with bridesmaids, parents, and other VIPs so every detail aligns with the bride’s vision.
• Balance Flexibility & Responsibility: Expect 32–40 hours a week, with some weekend days scheduled off each month.

Experience and Skills Required

• At least 3 years of work experience; bridal or fashion retail experience is a plus.
• At least 1 year in a management or leadership role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new technology.
• Ability to influence and lead individuals effectively.
• Attention to detail.
• A passion for serving others.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented.
• Familiarity with current wedding trends or a willingness to learn.
