The Role: Bridal Stylist

As a Bridal Stylist, you'll guide brides in finding their dream dress, ensuring a truly magical experience. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about fashion, customer service, and empowering others. You'll assist with gown selection, maintain the boutique's charm, and help manage bridal orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide brides in selecting their wedding gown with compassion and expertise.
• Deliver exceptional service and style advice in a high-end retail setting.
• Work collaboratively to meet sales goals and enhance the boutique experience.
• Maintain gown inventory, assist with order prep, and support boutique presentation.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree required. Bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• Experience: Background in consultative sales or customer service is a must. Retail or bridal experience is a plus, but not required.
• Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
