SHIPPING POLICY

United Parcel Service (UPS) is our default shipper for gowns and shoes. For smaller items or remote locations, we may elect to use USPS Priority Mail or 1st class mail.

Please note that USPS shipping is NOT a delivery time guaranteed service. If your order is time-sensitive or requires delivery by a certain date, please be sure to choose the UPS Next Business Day or 2 business Day shipping method. Based on our experience, 90% of USPS shipments will be delivered within 4-10 business days.

GOWN PRESERVATION SHIPPING - Typically the kit arrives within 5 business days.  Gown Cleaning and Preservation takes about 8 weeks at most inlcluding shipping time, many times sooner.  Cleaning and Preservation with this method offered by Amelishan is very reasonably priced and highly safe.  If you would like to upgrade to a faster shipping time, please call after placing your order to have the shipping upgraded to a rush.  

GOWNS AND OTHER ACCESSORIES - Upgrading Shipping will only speed up shipping times; it will not speed up production time. Delivery times can take up to 4 months, especially for international orders. Please specify the EXACT wear date to avoid delays. DELIVERY DATES ARE ESTIMATES.

International shipments will have additional custom charges. International purchases must enter their destination address for shipping rates as they will vary for each country.

Please email or call our internet sales department when your shipping location does not provide default ship methods or costs.  We will quote you a rate.

Amelishan.com does not control duties and is not responsible for any fees you may be billed by the shipper. Additional fees will be collected by the shipper and are not reflected in your online order total.

All sales are final.  Orders cannot be canceled at any point. If a wedding is cancelled – payments are non-refundable and orders may not be canceled.

Each and every item purchased is inspected for correct styles, color, sizes and to make sure that there are no imperfections. We also ensure that each item is new and in satisfactory condition.

Most items purchased from Amelishan Bridal are special ordered items, made just for you. This allows you to receive the style, color, and size options that will best suit your needs. This also guarantees that your item(s) have not been worn.

The color on your screen or printer may not be the best depiction of the fabric and color. We recommend requesting to view a fabric swatches.

It is technically impossible to guarantee dye lots.
